I had my own fertility journey and I know how tough it is, this led me to working with women going through the same. I want to share with you what I learnt along the way about how to improve your chances of conceiving, either naturally or through IVF. I want to help you to make your experience easier and feel like you have some control over it.
I started having acupuncture throughout my third (and finally, successful) round of IVF and I only wish I had found it sooner! Not only did it help with my IVF success it helped many symptoms of an auto-immune condition I suffer with and gave me a safe, calm and relaxing space to retreat to when it all got too much. You know those days when you just can’t face another pregnancy announcement or baby shower invite, I would go for some acupuncture and come away feeling happier, lighter and more positive.
I often get asked why I only see fertility clients and the answer is simple, because I’m passionate about educating, empowering and supporting women on a fertility journey. Working in one area allows me to be 100% committed to you and use all of my knowledge and expertise to offer you a bespoke, unique treatment plan. This gives you the best chance of success.

I have always had a passion for complementary therapies and after 10 years of working in the city I was feeling burnt out and in need of change. So in 2006 I decided it was time for me to reassess where I wanted to be and I retrained to enter the world of holistic therapies.
I have never looked back, and am particularly passionate about women’s health.
Fertility struggles can be extremely tough and coupled with the fact that today’s lifestyle can be hectic, we often under appreciate what effect this is having on our physical and mental wellbeing. My aim is to help you get your body and mind back into balance. Often this involves regulating your menstrual cycle and hormones whilst ensuring you feel revitalised, relaxed and rejuvenated mentally.
I am here to help support you and to ensure that the core aspects of your being are balanced and hopefully supporting you to a happy, healthy pregnancy.
Hi, I’m Rebecca and my own personal experience has fuelled my passion for all things women’s health and fertility. It led me down this road, to working with women who share the same struggles. I understand the need to feel you have some control over a situation that often leaves us feeling helpless and frustrated.
I want to share the knowledge I have gained and help to alleviate the symptoms of menstrual conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis and optimise your chances of conception whether that be naturally or through IVF. Through my own fertility experience, I understand the road is often convoluted with unexpected turns and bumps.
I started having acupuncture for migraines, insomnia and anxiety. It offered me a haven away from reality, that allowed me to begin to heal. At this time, I was completely unaware, as many of us are, that the menstrual issues I had been dealing with since my early teens were not normal. Every month I would experience severe cramping and pain in my lower back and down my legs, that was so severe that I would often faint or vomit. This would lead to days in bed with painkillers and hot water bottles.
Now, thankfully, this is becoming a thing of the past, all thanks to Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. While the complications of my conditions, predominantly PCOS amongst others, means that my fertility journey is far from over, I am no longer losing days at a time to my monthly cycle for which I am beyond grateful.
I want to invest the time to get to know you and fully understand your lifestyle. I’m a good listener and understand the importance of seeing the bigger picture to get to the root cause of the problem. I believe in working in partnership with you to form sustainable solutions. I feel honoured to be able to help support women on their fertility journey.
Working one on one with you in this area allows me to and use all of my knowledge and expertise to offer you a bespoke, unique treatment plan to best optimise your chance of success.
After being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries after a long and frustrating period of trying to conceive, I visited a Nutritional Therapist. I had been taking fertility medication for 18 months and felt run down, helpless and at a low ebb. After my first appointment, I felt like someone had finally listened to me and helped me to take control of my health. As a result, I was very lucky to enjoy two healthy, natural pregnancies and this kindled a passion about the powerful effects of nutrition. I made a decision to give up my busy career and focus instead on studying nutrition with the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond.
I am passionate about the powerful effects of nutrition. I love real food and simple cooking using the freshest ingredients. I find it exciting when I discover delicious foods that contain properties to benefit our health. In addition to one to one consultations, I can help with all aspects of nutrition from small group workshops to supermarket visits that help you make the right food choices and clearing and restocking your kitchen cupboards.
I work mainly with women who are struggling with the symptoms of hormone imbalance (PCOS, endometriosis, infertility) or looking to improve their overall health (digestive complaints, fatigue, weight gain). I am a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and registered with The Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I am a pharmacist who trained further in 2012 to become an independent prescriber. I currently work part-time for the NHS as a clinician, and I am also a senior lecturer in post-graduate medicine teaching mainly endocrinology, pharmacology and prescribing. I also work as a clinician in the private sector and practice as an aesthetics practitioner.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey to a healthy pregnancy.
